Receptionist
Duration - 6 Months, Contract, W-2
Location - Onsite in Irvine, CA
Pay - $22 - $24.85
The Receptionist for our global medical device client is the first point of contact for department inquiries and assists in the delivery of service solutions for company employees, stakeholders and business partners associated with the department.
Duties:
* Assists with internal customer inquiries to identify, resolve, or escalate for rapid solution; coordinates 911 emergency response communications.
* Generates, schedules, and distributes general requests for service and maintenance; coordinates and schedules meeting and event setups/teardowns; meeting room prep.
* Executes routine day-to-day service and administrative tasks and activities for their assigned service areas (e.g., PPE, office supplies, access badges/day pass coordination, lost and found, name plates, adding meeting cards to travel request forms, reports).
* Orders equipment, materials, supplies and inventory; creates requisitions/purchase orders in source-to-pay system (e.g., Coupa); reconciles expenses, tracks payments.
* Other incidental duties.
Skills:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Good computer skills including MS Office Suite and related tools and systems
* Experience with Coupa or other similar source to pay software preferred
* Experience working with SharePoint preferred
* Excellent customer service skills with ability to engage with customers
* Good problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under difficult situations
* Good written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal relationship skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing objective
* Must be organized with strict attention to detail and good time-management skills
* Must be able to work in a team environment
